We also offer retrofit solutions for the discontinued Siemens S5 controller.
We are also able to program all other PLC systems based on IEC 61131-3 according to your requirements.
Small control with S7-1200
In this sample application, a diesel compressor is controlled and monitored. Depending on the operating pressure, the diesel engine with the directly flange-mounted compressor is started or stopped via digital and analog inputs / outputs, and the operating values are constantly monitored to corresponding limit values. The operation status of the diesel compressor with the operating values is displayed via the HMI. Additional displays allow parameters to be adjusted to the conditions on site. It is optionally possible to have the control system communicate with a higher-level control and communication system.
Sample application with S7-1500/ ET200SP control
This sample application describes an emergency power control based on an ET200SP with a CPU1510 and a TP1500 Comfort Panel. A diesel genset and the circuit breakers for the low voltage distribution in the building are controlled and monitored. Among other things, the protection device and the CAN bus coupling of the genset are read via a Profinet coupling. An electrical network overview with the genset and breakers, as well as the imported operating values and operating and fault messages, is displayed on the HMI. Here, too, it is possible to change control parameters via the HMI. There are different users and user groups levels who have different rights, e.g. to unlock parameters to be changed by the manufacturer only.
Sample application with S7-1500R/ H
In this sample application with the high-availability CPUs 1517-3PN, the central control for the operation of 5 gensets is described. Here, the customer put out a high-availability central control system that controls and monitors 5 gensets, which in turn are equipped with highly available genset controllers. The ideal application for the highl-availability S7-1500 control.
Various circuit breakers in the building are controlled and monitored by the control, and in the event of a power failure the entire power supply is restored within the required 15 seconds.
Furthermore, the operating values and messages are read from the unit controls via a redundant bus system. The circuit breaker protection devices and other energy measuring devices are also read via Modbus TCPIP and displayed on a SCADA system. All imported values and status events are also transferred to the building services management system via Modbus TCP / IP bus.
