Special Designs in Mechanical Components
To manufacture individually customized switchgear and control systems, special designs in the area of mechanical components are required. With our engineering software, EPLAN ProPanel and the Copper module, we plan and manufacture individual housings, copper busbars and covers.
The housings (sheet steel, stainless steel or plastic) and mounting plates are processed in our processing center in accordance with our three-dimensional planning.
Sample Application Mechanical Processing of Housings
In the first sample application, the housings are processed according to customer requirements. For the planning and production of the individually customized housings, the mechanical drawings from the customer are transferred into a three-dimensional version and prepared for our processing center. Followed by the production, post-processing if necessary (additional fittings) and delivery.

Sample Application Copper Busbars
In the area of electrical installation / modernization of existing systems, it may become necessary that individually planned copper busbars have to be manufactured for the installation of calibrated current transformers or additional power feeders. The copper busbars are made according to the received mechanical drawings and ready for installation at short notice.
