Individual Contract Production - Extended Workbench
The outsourcing of individual production steps can have different reasons. There may be temporary reasons (time or capacity bottlenecks) or long-term reasons (lack of technical staff, special machines or qualifications). Hanseatic Power Solutions GmbH offers you contract production for all production steps including technical staff and machinery. The development and the associated engineering know-how remains with the original manufacturer. To protect business interests, the general conditions (products, customers, know-how protection) are contractually fixed.
Contract production may include the following areas
- Technical advice and preparation of the contract specifications
- Technical and commercial preparation offer preparation
- Project planning and development of control concepts
- Generation of circuit diagrams, including three-dimensional views (EPLAN)
- Component procurement (complete or partial)
- Mechanical production (mounting plates, copper systems, switchgear housing)
- Electrical production, according to customer specification
- Programming of the programmable logic controllers
- Parameterization of compact controller / protection devices
- Functional testing of the systems
- Factory acceptance test
- System documentation according to IEC 61439
- On-site installation
- Commissioning / commissioning support on site
- On-site service / maintenance

Example with component procurement
In this first example, the material is calculated on the basis of the "circuit diagram documents" and "part list" received. Hanseatic Power Solutions GmbH uses the purchasing conditions of the customer (wholesale discount) for the frequency inverters, and our own purchasing conditions for the control elements. Customer material is delivered directly from the supplier to Hanseatic Power Solutions GmbH.
The working hours are calculated on the basis of the "circuit diagram documents" and "interior views" received. For quality assurance, a cold check of the wirings the switchgear is done before delivery and documented with a "Routine verification document"
Example without component procurement
In the second example, all of the material (including cables, DIN rails and accessories) is provided by the customer and stored in our facility.
Our customers calculate the working hours and book them in blocks. Changes and additional expenses are monitored via time sheets and charged according to the agreed conditions. The switchgears are tested by the customer in our test field.
